We charge a flat fee for our services, determined at the beginning of each project. We intentionally do not charge a percentage of job costs as we do not believe that percentage billing encourages cost savings or prudent decision making. Our clients have found that by using nycRenovationCoach, they end up spending less money and get a higher quality renovation, completed in less time and with less aggravation than if they had undertaken the project alone.
